Welcome to the BC Centre of Training Excellence in Oil and Gas

The BC Centre of Training Excellence in Oil and Gas is a coordination and facilitation body created to ensure oil and gas employers in the province have the trained workforce they need.

The Centre provides information, contacts, and resources for training institutions in BC that want to create education and training programs for the oil and gas industry.

Situated on Northern Lights College’s Fort St. John campus, the Centre leverages the College’s well-established relationships with major petroleum producers, oil and gas field contractors, and other suppliers to the industry.
